Had a chance to take a day off and make a four day trip to the Cariboo with some buddies. Weather was not stable and cold temperatures hit us on day one resulting in some slow fishing in the first lake. Day two and three we hit a favourite lake and manage to land A few. It was tough fishing but managed to get some trolling pumpkin head leeches and then working the shallows hard with micro leeches, scuds and even enticing one with a chironomid. Good times.
